Here is the Lords of the Fallen Inferno Adept trophy guide which will help you collect all Inferno Spells of which there are 22 spread throughout the game all of which can be collected on your first playthrough as you go for the Radiance Ending providing you don’t cleanse any Beacons until you are in Upper Calrath which I recommend going to after you are done at the Tower of Penance and Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters regions but before you ride the elevator up to the Empyrean much later in the game. You can then go round and cleanse every beacon finishing up with the Empyrean one before going through to Bramis Castle and defeating the final boss.
From the start of the game you want to be focusing on both Damarose the Unmarked’s and the Tortured Prisoner questlines with you ultimately failing Damarose’s questline but not before we advance it enough to purchase the Spells she has on offer whereas the Tortured Prisoner’s questline can be completed providing you follow the steps in the A Queen’s Rest trophy guide. As games go, Lords of the Fallen is a complicated one.
There are 2 Spells that are RNG drops from tough enemies and they have very low chances of dropping so ensure you have Lucky Paws as well as the Bountiful Ring equipped to increase their drop chances. There are some spells which you will need to collect boss Remembrances to use which is done by taking down the relevant boss then after the fight, going into Umbral and activating the Stigma which you then take to Molhu in Skyrest Bridge to exchange for the item(s) required. In order to cast any of the Inferno Spells none of which you need to use, just collecting them is enough but if you do want to use them you will need an Inferno Catalyst as well as the required stats to be able to cast them. The 22 Inferno Spells you need to collect to unlock Inferno Adept are:
Conflagration
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Chabui.
Climb the ladders, cross the beam then drop down through the hole after resting at the Vestige of Chabui then speak with the Female NPC exhausting her dialogue until you receive the Conflagration Inferno Spell.
Infernal Hounds
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Work your way down from the Vestige of Blind Agatha then free Gerlinde from her cell, from here climb the ladder the drop down to the lower level taking the elevator to the corridor just before you go in and take on the Gentle Gaverus, Mistress of Hounds boss where you can speak to the female NPC until she gives you the Infernal Hounds Inferno Spell.
Adyr's Rage
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Once you have the Infernal Hounds Spell, speak to Damarose then purchase the Adyr’s Rage Spell.
Infernal Orb
Location: Skyrest Bridge, Vestige of Ethryg.
Go back up and through the arena where you fought and defeated Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal boss earlier in the game after ensuring you have followed the steps to free the Tortured Prisoner from her cell then defeat the, The Congregator of Flesh boss. Refer to the A Queen’s Rest trophy guider if you need help with the Tortured Prisoner questline. You can then purchase the Infernal Orb Spell from her.
Infernal Weapon
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
The Infernal Weapon Spell can be found behind the Shrine of Adyr just pass the Vestige of Betrayed Eliard so if you have the path open already, go and pick it up. If not then take down the Ruiner on the bridge and go into Umbral if you aren’t already, go to the end of the bridge then turn around and look up where you can Soulflay the corpse. This will remove the Umbral Entity back on the left side of the bridge so go there and platform across to the next corpse you can Soulflay. Once you’re back on solid ground, go right and kick the ladder down to create a shortcut back to the bridge before turning around and going up the hill to the cavern where the Vestige of Betrayed Eliard and the Shrine of Adyr can be found.
Blistering Salvo
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Sebastian.
The Blistering Salvo Spell has an incredibly low RNG chance of dropping from Proselyte Knights who are the enemies which enhance their attacks with fire as well as firing nails at you like a minigun.
Rising Fire
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Sebastian.
The Rising Fire Spell has an incredibly low RNG chance of dropping from Infernal Enchantress enemies.
Lava Burst
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch.
Drop down to street level from the Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch then go through the biome to the wooden ramp you can go up behind the second bonfire, pass the Proselyte Knight then climb the ladder. At the top of the ladder, stop then look to your right to see a wall you can phase through by holding the Lamp up then collect the Lava Burst Spell from the chest to your left.
Magma Surge
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Magma Surge Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of the Spurned Progeny.
Seismic Slam
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
Advance the Tortured Prisoner’s questline to the point where you give her the Giant Eyeball you acquire from defeating the Spurned Progeny boss. Refer to the A Queen’s Rest trophy guide if you need help with her questline then purchase the Seismic Slam Spell from her inventory.
Cataclysm
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch.
Advance the Tortured Prisoner’s quest line to the point she goes to the arena where you will have defeated the Spurned Progeny boss. Refer to the A Queen’s Rest trophy guide if you need help completing her questline then once she’s in the arena ensure you purchase the Cataclysm Spell from her shop.
Adyr's Authority
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Doln.
Go through the Mining District down the ramp then up the slope pass the Ruiner. Drop down and open the door then go to the top right section where you can collect the Adyr’s Authority Spell from the bookcase.
Adyr's Endurance
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
Advance Damarose the Unmarked’s questline (refer to the Part of the Divine trophy guide if you need any help) to the point you have collected the Adyr-Worshippers Saw in the sewers before going down into Revelation Depths then with that returned to her you can then purchase the Adyr’s Endurance Spell.
Infernal Guardian
Location: Tower of Penance, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Once you have taken down the Blessed Carrion Knight Sanisho boss who blocks the way to the Tower of Penance go up in the elevator then work down to the first metal floor then open the doors leading back to the bridge. Go back to the metal bridge then ensure you are in Umbral where you can go into the area on your now right side and collect the Infernal Guardian Spell.
Infernal Slash
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Go up through the Castle grounds and take out Damarose if you’re doing the Radiance ending then once you’re on the lava field go up and take out all enemies in the local area before looking to your left to see a building engulfed in flames. Go into Umbral then run through the building, across the tower taking care to not fall through the hole, drop down to your right then collect the Infernal Slash Spell from the small fire burning on the left side.
Infernal Eruption
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Infernal Eruption Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of Reinhold the Immured.
Adyr's Hardiness
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Rest at the Vestige of Blind Agatha after purchasing the Pilgrim’s Perch Key for 18,000 Vigor from Stomund in Skyrest Bridge then open the door to your left. Follow the path through which will be easier in Umbral then once you’re back inside, climb the ladder then go left and take out the Sacred Resonance of Tenacity boss before going up the stairs on the left side of the arena. Open the door then go to the back of the tunnel and loot the chest which holds the Adyr’s Hardiness Spell.
Pyroclastic Stone
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Pyroclastic Stone Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of the Judge Cleric, the Radiant Sentinel.
Severing Blades
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Severing Blades Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of the Lightreaper.
Infernal Decree
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Infernal Decree Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of the Sundered Monarch.
Adyr's Vengeance
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Adyr’s Vengeance Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of Adyr, the Bereft Exile which you can acquire by cleansing every Beacon before the Lightreaper boss fight then fast travel to the Vestige of Betrayed Eliard. You will then, in Umbral be able to find an Umbral Stigma in front of the Shrine of Adyr.
Flame Funnel
Location: Skyrest Bridge.
You can purchase the Flame Funnel Spell from Molhu in Skyrest Bridge once you have the Remembrance of Adyr, the Bereft Exile. Follow the same steps you did to acquire the Adyr’s Vengeance Spell.
