Here is the Lords of the Fallen Part of the Divine trophy guide which will help you work towards completing Damarose’s questline which will see you needing to speak to her at specifics point in your playthrough, collect a Saw from a tucked away room in an optional sewer then go through and carve flesh from bosses. Ensure you exhaust all of Damarose’s dialogue whenever you speak with her and do NOT kill the Crimson Rector Percival boss until you get to that section in the guide. Follow these steps and ensure you do not cleanse ANY beacons otherwise Damarose will become a boss in Bramis Castle and you will fail her questline.
Do NOT Cleanse ANY Beacon
There are 5 Beacons in the Lords of the Fallen. If you cleanse any of them which is done by interacting with the Beacon then selecting Cleanse the Beacon, Damarose will become hostile and you will immediately fail the questline.
Speak To Damarose
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Chabui.
Go up through the Chapel from the Vestige of Chabui then drop down the first ladder to find Damarose on the main path. Speak to her exhausting all dialogue.
Speak To Damarose Again
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Head down through the Pilgrim’s Perch from the Vestige of Blind Agatha, remove the Umbral Entity then go down the ladder to the lowest level, kill the Knight and free Gerlinde. Go up the ladder then down the lift to the corridor where you will find Damarose standing just before you enter the Gentle Gaverus, Mistress of Hounds boss. If you do sprint in to the boss fight make sure you speak to Damarose after the fight is over before going through to the next area.
Ignore Crimson Rector Percival
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
As you enter Fitzroy’s Gorge there will be a path leading up to your left at the end of which will be Crimson Rector Percival, you need to ignore this boss for now so continue straight taking out the Hounds and Raw Manglers.
Speak To Damarose In The Gorge
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
As you go straight upon entering Fitzroy’s Gorge from the Forsaken Fen look at the edge of the abyss before going along the path down to the cavern where you will find Damarose. Speak to her before going down in to the cavern ensuring you exhaust all dialogue options.
Find The Shrine Of Adyr
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
Head through the cavern staying on the right side after crossing the Umbral bridge then down through the passage where you can find Drustan and an Umbral Flowerbed you can plant a Vestige Seed if you want to as you have a fairly tough boss fight coming up. Either way, exit the cavern then go onto the bridge and defeat the Ruiner boss then go to the end of the bridge in Umbral, turn around, look up and to the left then Soulflay the corpse to remove the Umbral Entity on the left side of the bridge.
Go back on the bridge then whilst still in Umbral drop down and platform across to solid ground then ensure you go right and knock the ladder down to create a shortcut. You can now go up the hill through the enemies (use the emmergence Effigy to return to Axiom if the Wraiths prove a challenge for you) then enter the cavern at the top of the hill. Inside the cavern will be the Vestige of Betrayed Eliard and the Shrine of Adyr, you will also find Damarose standing on the far side of the cavern looking out over what remains of Mournstead.
Speak To Damarose In The Cavern
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
Now that you have access to the cavern with the Shrine of Adyr, go and speak with Damarose exhausting her dialogue.
Defeat Crimson Rector Percival
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
Now that you have visited the Shrine of Adyr and have spoken to Damarose in the cavern you can now go back through to Fitzroy’s Gorge from the Vestige of the Pale Butcher and take the left you previously ignored up through the small civil war to the Crimson Rector Percival boss arena. This dude is a tough, Radiant based Knight who spawns in an Ethereal Knight to attack you so avoid that as best as you can then punish him until he’s down. There is a shortcut you can use to get back up to Skyrest Bridge if you want to use it but it’s a fairly useless one and won’t affect Damarose’s questline.
Return To Damarose
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
Return to Damarose after defeating Crimson Rector Percival where she will give you the Laughter gesture, ensure you exhaust all of her dialogue where she will also ask you to find her a special Saw if she hasn’t done so already.
Lose To The Lightreaper
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
Cross the bridge where you defeated the Ruiner boss then head down into the courtyard and lose to the Lightreaper boss. Go back down and collect your Vigor then proceed through to Lower Calrath.
Infernal Enchantress Flesh
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Sebastian.
Rest at the Vestige of Sebastian then ensure you have your best ranged attacks / Spells equipped to make the fight against the Infernal Enchantress boss easier as she will have a very powerful fire shield which can chew through your health bar. She does also have some of the lowest physical defence of any boss in the game so if you do run out of ammo you can fully heal then charge her ensuring you shred her health bar with hard hitting attacks before her shield takes you out but I recommend doing that once she’s already under half health. However you take her down once she’s defeated you will receive the Infernal Enchantress Flesh.
Spurned Progeny Flesh
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch.
Work your way up and through Lower Calrath to the Spurned Progeny boss arena. Ensure you have your best ranged attacks / Spells equipped then use the broken sections of railing for cover after smashing at his feet where he summons a pool of lava causing you to flee up the stairs. Especially avoid the Sun Nova then strafe to avoid the flame jets all the while attacking his head / torso, without ranged attacks / Spells this fight can be a real pain to do. Once the Spurned Progeny boss has been defeated you will acquire the Spurned Progeny Flesh.
Collect The Adyr-Worshipper's Saw
Location: Sunless Skein, Vestige of Catrin.
After defeating the Spurned Progeny, go up through the Mining District then down to Sunless Skein by opening the door behind the Ruiner on the hill all the way through to the Vestige of Catrin. Drain the water in Axiom then head through the tunnels and passages to the edge of the large lake where you can take a right and go up to the Skinstealer boss. If you take a left you will come to the sewers, go into Umbral to remove the water then take the left path and climb the ladder on your right, go right into the room with the red glow and watch out for the Raw Mangler ambush. Deal with him then you’re safe to collect the Adyr-Worshipper’s Saw from the Altar.
Return The Saw
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
Return the Adyr-Worshipper’s Saw to Damarose.
Lose To The Lightreaper Again
Location: Fief of the Chill Curse, Vestige of Loash.
Once you are done with the Hollow Crow boss in the Fief of the Chill Curse drop down through the tower with the Beacon (ensure you do NOT cleanse the Beacon). Then go through to the ice field and lose to the Lightreaper who will ambush you again. Go back and collect your Vigor where you’re then free to leave the Fief as part of the main game.
Lightreaper Flesh
Location: Upper Calrath, Vestige of Ethryg.
You will now need to proceed through the main game all the way to the back of the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters and collect the Rune of Adyr, you can go through the Empyrean as well if you want to and take out the Judge Cleric bosses. Once you have the Rune of Adyr, go back to Skyrest Bridge then head up and out through Pieta’s arena, pass the enemies then go through the double doors in the top left corner which will now be open. Work through Upper Calrath to the courtyard where you will need to take on and defeat the Lightreaper. With the Lightreaper down you will receive the Lightreaper Flesh.
Return The Flesh
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
Return to the Vestige of Betrayed Eliard and speak with Damarose where you can hand her the:
She will then consume the flesh in the name of Adyr. Exhaust her dialogue then head through to Bramis Castle.
Get Damarose's Cleaver
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Make your way up through Bramis Castle from the Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian to the ramp you will go up behind the Proselyte Knight, you will come to a large wooden room and find Damarose on the left side. If you did activate any Beacon then this will be where Damarose will be a boss waiting for you of course failing her questline. Providing you have followed the steps in this guide you can speak to Damarose where she will give you the Damarose’s Cleaver. This will also be the last opportunity you’ll have to purchase any of her gear so ensure you buy it all then move through Bramis Castle.
Defeat The Sundered Monarch
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim.
Work through Bramis Castle going through the King’s bedroom then go out and up the stairs to the Sundered Monarch boss arena. Put him down.
Collect Damarose's Gear
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim.
With the Sundered Monarch boss dead you can now head up the stairs to Adyr’s Chrysalis in front of which will be an item you can collect which will conclude Damarose’s questline as well as giving you the following rewards:
- Miranda’s Touch Catalyst.
- Damarose’s Mask.
- Damarose’s Garb.
- Damarose’s Bracers.
- Damarose’s Trousers.
You will also unlock Part of the Divine.
