Here is the Lords of the Fallen Throwable Collector trophy guide which will help you find all of the Throwable items throughout the game of which there are 42. In Lords of the Fallen it is difficult to distinguish ammunition from a throwing weapon as it is all listed under ammunition so for the purposes of the guide I will list all of the throwables which are equipped then thrown from your hand. Ensure you check both the Ammunition Collector trophy guide to ensure you don’t miss any throwable or ammunition as you work through the game.

Throwing Rock
Location: Defiled Sepulchre.
Go through the initial area and pass the Pyromancer then collect the glowing item before taking down the 3 Axemen which will be the Throwing Rock.
Bloody Hatchet
Location: Skyrest Bridge, Vestige of Ethryg.
Leave Skyrest Bridge and head along the platforms, drop down the follow the path to the large platform. Smash through the wooden barricades on your left then collect the Bloody Hatchet on the left of the platform.
Short Javelin
Location: Skyrest Bridge, Vestige of Ethryg.
The Short Javelin can be found by dropping down from the Crypt underneath Skyrest Bridge. If you haven’t opened the Crypt yet go across the platform outside the area where the Vestige of Chabui can be found then smash through the crates and barricades. Drop down and follow the path back along underneath where you were to the elevator. Ride that up then follow the path using the Lamp to create a bridge you can then drop down from to the solid ground, go to Umbral then collect the Skyrest Bridge Key on the bridge. Go to the end, avoid the Wraiths then go left over the ramp and open the door to the Crypt.
There is plenty to do and collect in the Crypt so once you’re done, go to the top of the area open the doors back to the main area of Skyrest Bridge, turn around from the doors then go left through the doors and drop down to the wooden platform where you can then collect the Short Javelin from the corpse.
Empyrean Grenade
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Chabui.
Climb the ladder, follow the path then cross the wooden beam. Go to left then smash through the crates whilst taking care to not fall through the hole then hold the lamp up to the bars which removes them as you pass through. Look to the Soldier’s corpse who will hold the Empyrean Grenade you can collect.
Lacerating Knife
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Chabui.
The Lacerating Knife will be the starting ranged weapon you have if you choose the Exiled Stalker class. Alternatively take down the the Scourged Sister Delyth boss then go out to the ladder and phase into Umbral. Go left jumping across to the bridge then up to the platform where you can collect the Lacerating Knife.
Poison Javelin
Location: Forsaken Fen, Vestige of Valade.
Go through to the first bonfire from the Vestige of Valade then before going across the wooden walkway go into Umbral then take a left down the hill and through the tunnel. When you get to the end you can collect the Poison Javelin before dropping down.
Umbral Burrower
Location: Forsaken Fen, Vestige of Valade.
Go back to the main path after collecting the Poison Javelin then go along the first wooden walkway looking at the first wooden building on your right which you can enter. Go into Umbral and down to the lower level of the building where you can collect the Umbral Burrower.
Forsaken Grenade
Location: Forsaken Fen, Vestige of Valade.
Head through the Forsaken Fen to the water’s edge then go into Umbral, head right and up to the corpse you can Soulflay to remove the Umbral Entity. Go through the now accessible gap then round to the right where you can collect the Forsaken Grenade.
Bursting Grub
Location: Forsaken Fen, Vestige of Valade.
The Bursting Grub has a chance of dropping from the optional Mendacious Visage boss in the Forsaken Fen. Alternatively, Mendacious Visage enemies found in the Fief of the Chill Curse region in Umbral have an incredibly low RNG chance of dropping the Bursting Grub.
Explosive Snare
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
The Explosive Snare has an incredibly low RNG chance of dropping from Trapper enemies which are the Snakes who throw bombs and fire arrows at you, there’s plenty of Trapper enemies through the game so pick a farming spot you’re happy then keep killing Trappers until you receive the Explosive Snare.
Snake Oil Grenade
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
Once you have dealt with the Ruiner on the bridge go down to the courtyard and die to the Lightreaper. Go back and collect your Vigor then go out and take a left up to the tower which you can climb up to the first exit which leads to a walkway. Go to the end of the walkway and collect the Snake Oil Grenade from the floor.
Fire Grenade
Location: Fitztoy’s Gorge, Vestige of Betrayed Eliard.
You can purchase the Fire Grenade from Damarose as long as you are following her questline which if you need help with you can refer to the Part of the Divine trophy guide once you get to the Vestige of Betrayed Eliard in Fitzroy’s Gorge which you can find by going to the end of the bridge where you fight the Ruiner in Umbral turn around, remove the corpse then follow the Umbral platforms up behind the cavern in Fitzroy’s Gorge.
Poisoning Knife
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Sebastian.
From the Vestige of Sebastian go through the Lower Calrath region taking out the Infernal Enchantress boss before going up the steps and the hill round to a wooden to a wooden walkway. Usually you would go left across the Umbral platforms to continue, however, if you go right smashing through the crates up the stairs pass the Raw Mangler once you’re at the top of the stairs you can go right and collect the Poisoning Knife.
Lump Hammer
Location: Lower Calrath, Vestige of Doln.
Head through the Mining District from the Vestige of Doln all the way to the point where you drop down to the Flowerbed behind the Ruiner and look to your left before opening the door to find the Lump Hammer.
Enhanced Fire Grenade
Location Sunless Skein, Vestige of Antuli.
Head through the Sunless Skein region from the Vestige of Antuli to the wooden staircase with one beam you need to traverse whilst avoiding dropping down into the poison pool below. Continue through to the lever you need to pull which opens the portcullis allowing you to proceed through the region then before dropping down go to the end of the upper walkway then drop down to your right. On this small platform will be the Enhanced Fire Grenade.
Cursed Effigy
Location Sunless Skein, Vestige of Catrin.
Rest at the Vestige of Catrin then drain the water, go round and kick the bridge down to create a clear path up through the tunnel then follow the main path to the point you would need to drop down to continue through the region (left along the wooden walkway, up the ladder then to the end). Look down to your right before dropping down to find an item which will be the Cursed Effigy.
Enhanced Snake Oil Grenade
Location: Revelation Depths, Vestige of Catrin.
Head down through the Revelation Depths which is an optional area you can access by firstly acquiring the Drainage Control Key from the Skinstealer boss then using the Key on the gate in the sewers you can access by going back down the stairs then pulling the lever to lower the water and the cages which then create a path you can follow to the Depths.
Head down through the region to the area with the 2 Rangers (cloaked enemies who fire poison arrows at range and use daggers when you get close). Before going down the ladder, go to the left of the wheel and carefully drop down onto the wooden platform below. It is a treacherous jump so if you die, try again then once on the platform turn around and jump to the platform against the cliff and collect the Enhanced Snake Oil Grenade.
Grenade
Location: Revelation Depths, Vestige of Catrin.
Head down through the Revelation Depths through the tunnel which you can go through and kick the bridge down to create a clear path back through the Depths. Once you’re through there will be a wooden barrier off to your left across a wooden bridge which we’re going to ignore for now, instead go into the cave then to the back wall round to the right from that wooden bridge where you can acquire the Grenade.
Enhanced Forsaken Grenade
Location: Revelation Depths, Vestige of Catrin.
Come out of the cave where you collected the grenade and go right to the wooden barrier the Holy Bulwark Knight will smash through who you should take down as well as any other enemies in the local area then go back to the wooden bridge you will have been on when the Holy Bulwark Knight burst through the wall. If you look down to your left you will see a narrow wooden walkway you can drop onto carefully then go forwards to find the Enhanced Forsaken Grenade.
Enhanced Short Javelin
Location: Revelation Depths, Vestige of Catrin.
Once you have the Enhanced Forsaken Grenade continue forward until you’re back on solid ground the before going down the ladder to the Vestige of Lost Berescu, go right through the archway. Turn around and climb the ladder then look right to find the Enhanced Short Javelin sticking out of a corpse.
Enhanced Lacerating Knife
Location: Fief of the Chill Curse, Vestige of Svornil.
Head up the ladders and down the ice ramp from the Vestige of Svornil taking out the Hounds and the Ranger as you go then look to the portcullis next to the ladder where you will find the Enhanced Lacerating Knife.
Enhanced Radiantburst Parchment
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Either purchase the Pilgrim’s Perch Key from Stomund in Skyrest Bridge or advance the story to the point he leaves it for you. Either way, once you have the Key fast travel to the Vestige of Blind Agatha and open the door to your left. Follow the path up then take a right once you’re through the passage with the Hound and the Knight then go out to the Vestige of Dieter. Head down the hill then go round to your left to the end of the path and take out the Sin-Piercer and her 2 Hounds. You can then collect the Enhanced Radiantburst Parchment from the base of the tree.
Enhanced Lump Hammer
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Dieter.
Head down the hill from where you collected the Enhanced Radiantburst Parchment to the end of the courtyard, take out the Knight then collect the Enhanced Lump Hammer from the right side of the alcove. You can now either proceed up the ladder and through to Skyrest Bridge or to continue on with this guide go back to the passage where you took down the Knight and the Hound.
Radiantburst Parchment
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Once you’re back in the passage with the Hound and Knight, where you previously went right, now you need to go left where you will encounter the Sacred Resonance of Tenacity boss who you need to put down. In the centre of the arena will be a parasite surrounded by Penitent and Pilgrim enemies, take them all out the collect the Radiantburst Parchment from the floor.
Enhanced Bloody Hatchet
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Head out from the arena where you fought and defeated the Sacred Resonance of Tenacity boss then before crossing the Umbral bridge look to you right to find the Enhanced Bloody Hatchet.
Accusing Spirit
Location: Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Collect the Manse Kitchen Key the Holy Bulwark Knight drops then enter the kitchens, head up into Umbral and platform across to the adjacent walkway. Smash through the barrels then go left and Soulflay the statue to acquire the Accusing Spirit.
Enhanced Empyrean Grenade
Location: Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Continue through the Manse dropping down into the room with the Sacred Tenacity enemy. Deal with him then leave the room and go straight into the bedrooms and head left where you will then find the Enhanced Empyrean Grenade on the small pillar next to the statue.
Enhanced Umbral Burrower
Location: Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Head through the region to the walkway which can take you to the optional Abiding Defenders boss then go left into the building phase to Umbral. This will create a ladder you can climb to a path leading up and and right so follow it taking care of the enemies as you go. Once you climb the first set of stairs go left smashing through the crates and go down the stairs before taking a left into the tower where you can look to your right to find a statue you can Soulflay which drops the Enhanced Umbral Burrower.
Enhanced Cursed Dart
Location: Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
With the Enhanced Umbral Burrower collected continue along the main path to the Sacred Tenacity enemy who is on top of the tower, deal with him then drop down off the other side to the Umbral platform below. Enter the tower then Soulflay the statue and collect the Enhanced Cursed Dart before dropping down.
Forceburst Parchment
Location: Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Go through the door at the back of the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers using the Abbot Vernoff’s Key then go round pass the Knights and up to the platform behind the Holy Bulwark Knight where you can find the Forceburst Parchment on the floor.
Enhanced Poisoning Knife
Location: Tower of Penance, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Head through to the Tower of Penance which is a region you can find behind the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers by crossing the bridge pass the Blessed Carrion Knight, Sanisho, ride the elevator up to the top then drop down to the first metal floor. Open the double doors to create a useful shortcut then go down to the next metal floor, go up the stairs and pull the lever to remove the cages then before going back down to the floor look left against the back wall to find the Enhanced Poisoning Knife.
Imbruing Chalice
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
The Imbruing Chalice has a low RNG chance of dropping from the Abbess Ursula boss in the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters. Alternatively, the Imbruing Chalice has an extremely low RNG chance of dropping from Abbess enemies in the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters or the Empyrean.
Enhanced Accusing Spirit
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
After defeating the Abbess Ursula boss go up the stairs then into Umbral and Soulflay the statue which drops the Enhanced Accusing Spirit.
Enhanced Grenade
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.
Work through the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters to the large tree in the courtyard and clear out all of the enemies in Axiom, you are then safe to run left and left again to the chest which holds the Enhanced Grenade.
Holy Grenade
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.
The Holy Grenade can be purchased from Stomund in the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters in the same area he tasks you with collecting the Banners which will only happen if you have been fulfilling the requirements for his questline. Enhanced Poison Javelin
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.
Continue heading up through the Abbey then once you get to the Abbess who is firing a Radiance beam at you take her out with ranged attacks / spells or go into Umbral and use the cover to make your way round and take her down. Defeat the Scourged Sister whilst being cautious of the 2 Ardent Penitents who ambush you then go into Umbral if you stayed in Axiom which creates a platform leading off from where the Scourged Sister was. A short way along the Umbral platform you will find a statue you can Soulflay which drops the Enhanced Poison Javelin.
Enhanced Holy Grenade
Location: The Empyrean, Vestige of Iorelo the Cursed Knight.
Defeat the Judge Cleric then go back through to the Cathedral where you will be in a room some smashed up bookcases (from the Vestige, into the Cathedral and through the right side gate you will have opened). Look behind the bookcases in the centre of the room to find the Enhanced Holy Grenade.
Cursed Dart
Location: Upper Calrath, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Enter the wine cellar in Upper Calrath, take out the Raw Mangler and Trapper enemies whilst avoiding the mines on the floor. Look at the back wall when you’re in the final section of the building (coming from Skyrest Bridge). Turn around, go into Umbral and Soulflay the statue once you have got rid of the Wraiths which drops the Cursed Dart.
Rhogar Oil Flask
Location: Upper Calrath, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Enter the courtyard in Upper Calrath and defeat the Lightreaper, you can then leave and go up the stairs towards the beacon. At the top of the stairs look right when the path forks to find an item which will be the Rhogar Oil Flask.
Enhanced Forceburst Parchment
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Head up through Bramis Castle to the point where you will either encounter Damarose the Marked as a boss or if you haven’t cleansed any beacons there will be 2 Hounds and an Infernal Enchantress. Either way take out whoever is waiting for you then carefully drop down to the platform below and collect the Enhanced Cursed Effigy.
Enhanced Rhogar Oil Flask
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Continue through Bramis Castle to the first lava field then stay right going up the slope taking out the Infernal Enchantress and any other aggro’d enemies. You can then go round to your left on top of a fallen tower and collect the Enhanced Rhogar Oil Flask from the edge of the tower above the lava.
Enhanced Cursed Effigy
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Head back down to the main path from where you collected the Enhanced Rhogar Oil Flask and continue along the main path into Umbral where you can then go through the building engulfed in flames and cross the fallen tower. Continue along the walkway and defeat the Proselyte Knight where you can then enter the room with the small elevator but before stepping on it drop out of the right side gap in the wall carefully to the platform below and collect the Enhanced Cursed Effigy.
