Here is the Lords of the Fallen What Sights Contained Within trophy guide which will help you collect all of the Umbral Eyes of which there are 15 found throughout the World. Umbral Eyes will socket into your Lamp which you can do by speaking with Molhu in Skyrest Bridge and they will essentially increase your damage, resistance or other fairly useful element of the game all of which can be found below. Whilst none of the eyes are technically missable as you need to go through at least 3 playthroughs to get the required endings it will be very easy to miss an Eye on a given run as some of them have fairly hefty requirements to be unlocked. Umbral Eye Of Betrayed Eliard
Location: Abandoned Redcopse, Vestige of Marco the Axe.
Effect: Main Socket: +1 Soulflay charge, +15% Dread resistance. Secondary Socket: +25% healing efficiency while in Umbral.
Rest at the Vestige of Marco the Axe then go left in Umbral and pull the platform down, head to the lower level taking out the Revenants then Soulflay the statue on the left side of the area to acquire the Umbral Eye of Betrayed Eliard.
Umbral Eye Of Rosamund
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Effect: Main Socket: Dodging at the right time applies wither to the attacking enemy. Secondary Socket: While in Umbral, +15% withered health regain upon striking an enemy.
Go right from the Vestige of Blind Agatha then when you get to the water enter Umbral, drop down and follow the path up taking out the Womb of Despair then with her dead, look to the top left corner to find a statue you can Soulfaly which grants you the Umbral Eye of Rosamund.
Umbral Eye Of The Pale Butcher
Location: Forsaken Fen, Vestige of Valade.
Effect: Main Socket: Regain withered health upon killing an enemy with a grievous strike. Secondary Socket: +25% damage to enemy soul.
Head through the Forsaken Fen area to the waters edge and Soulfay the Umbral Entity after taking out the Poison thrower on stilts. Go through the gap in the back wall then take a left defeating the Womb of Despair and any other enemies in the local area. You can then look in the alcove to your left to find a statue you can Soulflay to acquire the Umbral Eye of the Pale Butcher.
Umbral Eye Of Hooded Antuli
Location: Fitzroy’s Gorge, Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
Effect: Main Socket: Immunity to damage for 8 seconds upon Umbral transition. Secondary Socket: -20% withered health upon Umbral transition.
Head down through Fitzroy’s Gorge staying on the right path to the caverns you can run through, defeat the Ruiner boss on the bridge then continue down to the courtyard where the Lightreaper will ambush you. Die to it then go back and collect your Vigor continuing forward whilst taking a left to the tower you can climb. Go up through the tower then take a right out on to the battlement, defeat the Wraith in Umbral then go to the and and Soulflay the statue to receive the Umbral Eye of Hooded Antuli.
Umbral Eye of Dieter
Location: Revelation Depths, Vestige of Antuli.
Effect: Main Socket: Deal damage upon executing a perfect block. Secondary Socket: +25% dread resistance.
Go down through the Revelation Depths which I recommend doing before stepping on the elevator after the Skinstealer boss fight then once you get to the wooden platform with the elevator either side go into Umbral then go round to the left of the wooden platform. Look down across the abyss to find an Umbral platform you can drop down onto which will be easier if you take out the enemies with ranged attacks / spells. You can then turn around and look down to find a statue you can Soulflay on a platform below, this will hold the Umbral Eye of Dieter.
Umbral Eye Of Ethryg
Location: Skyrest Bridge, Vestige of Ethryg.
Effect: Main Socket: Killing an enemy with a grievous strike increases your item drop rate. Secondary Socket: +30% item discovery rate while in Umbral.
You will receive the Umbral Eye of Ethryg from Byron once Byron and Winterberry are safely back at Skyret Bridge. Refer to the Moving On trophy guide if you need any help with their questline.
Umbral Eye Of Iorelo The Cursed Knight
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Effect: Main Socket: Increased Soulflay stun duration. Secondary Socket: +25% dread resistance.
Unlock the door to the left of the Vestige of Blind Agatha once you have the Pilgrim’s Perch Key you can purchase from Stomund for 18,000 Vigor then follow the path through to the point where you are outside. Be careful of the ambush then go up pass the Marksman then rather than going back inside, continue forward in Umbral to find a statue at the end of the walkway you can Soulflay to acquire the Umbral Eye of Iorelo the Cursed Knight just be cautious of the ambush afterwards.
Umbral Eye Of Loash
Location: Pilgrim’s Perch, Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Effect: Main Socket: While charging a heavy attack, all damage is received as wither damage and your posture cannot be broken. Secondary Socket: -20% withered health upon Umbral transition.
Continue up through the path from where you collected the Umbral Eye of Iorelo the Cursed Knight, go right up the stairs pass the Ardent Penitent and through to the outside then go left and rest at the Vestige of Dieter. Head down through the fairly dangerous area all the way to the courtyard at the end then ensure you are at full health before going in to Umbral then defeat the Wraith. You can the safely Soulfaly the statue to receive the Umbral Eye of Loash.
Umbral Eye Of Olleren
Location: Tower of Penance, Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
Effect: Main Socket: Soulflay affects an area. Secondary Socket: +25% damage to enemy soul.
Go through the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers to the Tower of Penance, make your way to the top of the Tower then platform down to same level where you can open the doors back to the bridge where you will have defeated the Blessed Carrion Knight Sanisho boss. To the left of those doors in Umbral will be the statue you can Soulflay to receive the Umbral Eye of Olleren.
Umbral Eye Of Blind Agatha
Location: Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, Vestige of Rosamund.
Effect: Main Socket: When Soulflaying an enemy, all nearby enemies are pulled towards them. Secondary Socket: Regain Soulflay charge while in Umbral.
Head up through the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters pass the Abbess who is firing the beam of Radiance at you then go along the walkway to the end where you will see a broken section of stone railings. Go in to Umbral then make your way around the platforms before dropping down off the top left to the roof where the statue will be you can Soulflay to acquire the Umbral Eye of Blind Agatha.
Umbral Eye Of Doln
Location: The Empyrean, Vestige of Iorelo the Cursed Knight.
Effect: Main Socket: Enemies within siphon range are temporarily slowed. Secondary Socket: +30% siphon radius.
When you’re in the Empyrean, go up towards the Cathedral taking out the 2 Abbess and the Rapturous Huntress, drop down in Umbral the platform across to back ledge taking out the enemies as you go. You are then free to Soulflay the Statue which holds the Umbral Eye of Doln.
Umbral Eye Of The Bloody Pilgrim
Location: Upper Calrath, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Effect: Light attacks deal bonus damage, but only deal wither damage. Secondary Socket: Regain +15% withered health upon striking an enemy while in Umbral.
Go through Upper Calrath to the area where the Skinstealer is pacing around (either down the ladder from Skyrest Bridge of through the courtyard and wine cellar from the Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian). Look behind the large tree in Umbral to find the statue you can Soulflay to acquire the Umbral Eye of The Bloody Pilgrim.
Umbral Eye Of Lost Berescu
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian.
Effect: Main Socket: Regain mana upon siphoning an enemy. Secondary Socket: +30% siphon radius.
Go up through to Bramis Castle from the Vestige of the Forgotten Guardian then once you’re pass the lava field go into Umbral and through the building on your left that is engulfed in flames in Axiom. Leave through the right side then follow the path round to the right and look to your left to find a well hidden statue in between some black crystals against the left wall of the Castle. Soulflay the statue to make the Umbral Eye of Lost Berescu collectible.
Umbral Eye Of Lydia The Numb Witch
Location: Bramis Castle, Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim.
Effect: Main Socket: Use ranged weapons without ammunition but at the cost of withered health. Secondary Socket: +25% healing efficiency while in Umbral.
Work through Bramis Castle from the Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim then defeat the Conflagrant Seer who will smash the crystals allowing you to pull the lever which spins the staircase. Go to the top of the spiral stairs and drop down to the balcony with the 2 Ruiners, take them both out then run through the Kings bedroom. Just before you get to the Sundered Monarch boss arena you will be able to go right on to a platform, ensure you are at full health then go into Umbral where you will be ambushed by at least 2 Wraiths then Soulflay the statue to acquire the Umbral Eye of Lydia the Numb Witch.
Umbral Eye Of Marco The Axe
Location: Umbral.
Effect: Main Socket: Cursed in form, your presence in Umbral is both noticed and feared. Secondary Socket effect: +1 Soulflay charge.
The Umbral Eye of Marco the Axe is a very difficult one to acquire as you need to defeat the incredibly tough Scarlet Shadow who appears in Umbral when your Dread meter is full. Use Radiance and have healing items like Briostone equipped as you won’t be able to use the Sanguinarix. Once the Scarlet Shadow is down you will receive the Umbral Eye of Marco the Axe. I recommend doing this on your 2nd or 3rd playthrough so you will be powerful enough to put it down.
